Managing Your Rewards

If you receive a replacement credit or debit card,

your HVCU Rewards! points are automatically transferred to your new card.

Your account must be open and in good standing

(not over-the-limit or past due) to earn or redeem points.

If you return a purchase or are refunded a disputed transaction,

the points you earned as a result of that purchase are deducted from your HVCU Rewards! point balance total.

When you use your Visa Debit Card for automatic payments,

HVCU Rewards! points are earned if the payments are processed as “credit” transactions

When using Privilege Pay,

HVCU Rewards! points are earned if your Visa Debit Card is processed as a “credit” transaction.
