Due to the serious COVID-19 health crisis, Hudson Valley Credit Union is taking special precautions with our Annual Meeting to ensure members can participate from afar. In accordance with our bylaws and guidance from the New York State Department of Financial Services and the National Credit Union Administration, our Annual Meeting originally scheduled at the Boardman Road Library on Wednesday, April 29th at 7 pm will not be held in person.
Instead, the credit union will offer members the option to view a live-stream of the Meeting while listening to the audio from your phone or computer. This will allow members to join virtually while complying with the New York State orders prohibiting in-person gatherings.
Members wishing to participate in the Meeting via the live-stream were asked to register before 5 pm ET on Friday, April 24th
. Those who did will receive an email on Monday, April 27th
, with more details on how to participate in the Meeting.

Results of the 2020 Board of Directors Election will be posted on our website immediately following the conclusion of the Meeting. As a reminder, the deadline for all election votes to be received at our Tellers on Election in Ohio is Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

How do I register to join the Annual Meeting online?
Registration for the virtual Annual Meeting ended on Friday, April 24th. If you submitted your information prior to that, you will receive an email on April 27 and again on April 29 with links to the webinar in Zoom.
What program are you using to hold the Annual Meeting online?
The credit union will be using Zoom, which features both video and audio conferencing, so you will be able to see the Meeting and hear the audio through either your device or by calling into a conference number. If you do not wish to view the video, you can simply call into the Meeting from any phone and hear the audio. Once you are registered, you’ll receive an email with more details.
How will I know how to log into the Annual Meeting online?
If you registered to attend the meeting before the April 24th deadline, you will receive two emails—one on April 27th and one on April 29th – that will include the invitation to join the Zoom meeting.
Do I need a Zoom account to log into the Annual Meeting online?
You do not need a Zoom account to attend the Meeting. Simply clicking the link in the invitation you receive on April 27th will take you to the Meeting.
How can I get a copy of the Annual Report or last year’s Annual Meeting minutes?
You can download an electronic copy of the 2019 Annual Report or 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes or submit our online form to request that copies be mailed to you. You may also call the Contact Center at 845.463.3011 or live chat with us and our reps will order copies for you. Please note, we are experiencing heavy volumes, so this make take longer than requesting online yourself.
