Members wishing to attend the Meeting via the live-stream are asked to register before 5 pm ET on Monday, June 28th
. Those who do will receive one email confirming their registration, and then a second email on Tuesday, June 29th
, with full details on how to participate in the Meeting including the Zoom link.
Members can view/download a copy of the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes
prior to the Meeting. If you see any additions, corrections, or modifications needed in the Minutes, please email email@example.com

2021 Annual Meeting FAQs
Why is the Annual Meeting online now?
Due to the continuing health crisis, the credit union is taking special precautions with our Annual Meeting to ensure members can participate from afar. By offering a live-stream of the Meeting while listening to the audio from a phone or computer, members can join virtually in a safe environment of their choice.
How do I register to join the Annual Meeting online?
You can register to attend the Meeting by completing this form. Registration for the virtual Annual Meeting ends at 5 PM ET on Monday, June 28th. If you submit your information prior to that, you will receive an immediate email to confirm your registration and then another one on June 29th that will include the link to the webinar in Zoom.
What program are you using to hold the Annual Meeting online?
The credit union will be using Zoom, which features both video and audio conferencing, so you will be able to see the Meeting and hear the audio through either your device or by calling into a conference number. If you do not wish to view the video, you can simply call into the Meeting from any phone and hear the audio. Once you register, you will receive an immediate email to confirm your registration and then another one on June 29th that will include the link to the webinar in Zoom.
How will I know how to log into the Annual Meeting online?
If you register to attend the meeting before the June 28th deadline, you will receive two emails—one the day you register confirming your registration, and the second on June 29th that will contain the link to join the Zoom meeting.
Do I need a Zoom account to log into the Annual Meeting online?
You do not need a Zoom account to attend the Meeting. Simply clicking the link in the invitation you receive on June 29th will take you to the Meeting.
