Due to the expected large number of requests for relief, fee relief requests may take up to 3-5 business days; loan relief requests may take up to 10 business days, so please be patient with us. Please consider the following:
- For overdraft-related fees, your transaction history in Internet Banking and your periodic statement will show a $.01 Fee Withdrawal and Fee Relief Reversal credit of $.01, along with a description of the returned item.
- To ensure you are not charged any overdraft fees going forward, Privilege Pay on your account will be discontinued for the duration of the financial relief period as determined by the New York State Department of Financial Services.
- If you have overdraft protection from a designated Savings Account, that will continue. As a reminder, Savings Accounts are subject to Reg D restrictions. If you do not have overdraft protection from a designated Saving Account or need to make a change, please contact us with instructions.
- Loan relief options may vary by the type of loan. Our Collections department will follow up with more information.
