As part of our recent name change to Hudson Valley Credit Union and the removal of the word Federal from our name, the address for our Internet Banking login has changed from https://ebranch.hvfcu.org
/Authentication to https://ebranch.hvcu.org
/Authentication. The change is subtle, and as you can see from the portions of the addresses above that are bolded, we removed the letter “f” from hvfcu.org.
How This Change Impacts You
If you log into Internet Banking from our website at hvcu.org and not a bookmarked address, then this address change does not affect your login and there is nothing additional you need to do with regards to the new address. To avoid any issues accessing your accounts and using our online services however, please note the following where you may need to take action:
- Mobile Banking Users – If you use our Mobile Banking app, please be sure to update our app to the latest version by October 27th. Older versions of our app will not work after October 27th.
- Internet Banking Bookmarks – If you have our login page bookmarked, please update the address so it references hvcu instead of hvfcu. As a reminder, logging in from the homepage of our website is the most direct way to access your accounts and eliminates the need to bookmark our login page.
Additionally, please note that this change does not impact your username and password in any way.
