We've made some enhancements to our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking systems. Please see below for an overview of these changes.
- When you access the Transfers feature within Mobile Banking, it will default to your transfer history/activity. To make a new transfer, click Transfer Funds at the top of your screen.
- Users will see a new activity screen that combines both upcoming/scheduled transfers along with transfers that have already been made.
- Streamlined functionality makes it easier to make a loan payment or to add a new transfer account.
- You can now set an end date for scheduled transfers.
- We've added a new chat feature within your account view to make it easier to chat with our staff should you need assistance.
- Android users will notice some account information is displayed with a bolder font within the Account Details area of their accounts.
- Android users can now find our Routing Number easily within their Account Details.
- Bill Pay users will see a new activity screen that combines both upcoming/scheduled payments along with those that have already been paid.
- Users will also notice an streamlined process when paying a bill.
Enhancements coming in early 2022 include new top navigation menus that feature better groupings of like functions. We'll provide more information about this particular change in the near future.
