Personal Tiered Money Market Accounts
Tiered Money Market Account

Money market accounts tend to earn higher yields like a certificate account, but are more accessible like a checking account.  Ours offers five balance tiers for even higher return.

  • Bullet 4 A
Low minimum opening amount of just $500. Higher APYs for balance tiers of $10,000, $50,000, $100,000, and $250,000 and over.
  • No Opening Fee Bullet 4 A
No opening fee, no low balance fee, and no monthly maintenance fee.1
  • Checking Account Bullet 4 A
Access your accounts at thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. If you have a checking account, you’ll also get up to 15 free foreign ATM transactions outside of the surcharge-free network (We won’t charge you a fee, but the ATM owner may still assess a surcharge.)
  • My Credit Union Gov Bullet 4 A
Your accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund to at least $250,000. Visit mycreditunion.gov to learn more about your Share Insurance Coverage and to access resources including a Share Insurance estimator tool, publications, videos, and more.

Useful Resources

Monitor your account balances and account activity with text and email notifications through CUAlerts. We offer a specific alert that can be sent when a transaction from your tiered money market account counts towards the free monthly withdrawal/transfer limit of six. (As a reminder, a fee is assessed for each withdrawal or transfer in excess of six.)

  Monitor Accounts

1If withdrawals, including transfers within a calendar month exceed an aggregate of six transactions, a fee of $10 is assessed for each withdrawal or transfer in excess of the permitted six.
