Kathy Benz has over 32 years of Mortgage lending experience, having started her career in Rockland County in 1988, she grew her mortgage-lending career working for large commercial banks as a Loan Officer, consistently ranking in the top 10% for new loan originations.
Kathy then spent several years working as a Regional Manager for banks in the Hudson Valley region, managing successful teams of Loan Officers. During that time, she continued to grow and cultivate her residential lending pipeline. She specializes in making the entire mortgage process smooth and seamless for first-time homebuyers, and loves to work with past customers who are moving up to their second home.
Throughout her career, Kathy has worked with a variety of first responders and has helped many police, fire, and EMS workers secure financing for their homes. She currently lives on a horse farm in Orange County with her family.
