As a copywriter and art director respectively, Creative Directors and now Co-Founders, they have consistently helped drive real growth for companies across all sectors. Ironshore Insurance sold for $3 billion. Hudson United Bank sold for $1.9 billion. Physicians Formula raised $147 million in an IPO. Panera Bread sold privately for more than $100 million. They have also helped hundreds of startups, emerging companies and private equity backed ventures expand to become industry leaders. They combine the rare combination of business and marketing strategy to achieve consistent results for a broad range of clients.
Most recently they purchased their second building and established Loop, a state-of-the-art production facility. Previously, they developed campaigns for hundreds of household names at global agencies like Kirshbenbaum and Bond, Chiat/Day, Bozell, EuroRSCG, Lowe & Partners, McCann Erickson, Merkley & Partners, Ammirati & Puris, just to name a few. Currently, they are building one of the largest production studios in the state of New Jersey.

As industry thought leaders, they have also published work in Adage, Forbes, MediaPost, The Star Ledger and QSR as well. This past year they were elected into the NJAC Advertising Hall of Fame, the first couple in history.
Sean is a Fairfield University graduate. Debbie graduated from New Paltz University’s prestigious Art School. They are both involved with various local youth activities and school boards in addition to charities like Coalition for the Homeless, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Children International, and Kiva, amongst others. While they have created hundreds of campaigns over the years, they are most proud of producing their three children.
