Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, volunteers of the Credit Union and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Membership at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union is not required to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins Saturday, September 12, 2026, and entries must be received no later than Saturday, September 19, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 21, 2026.

How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes through any of the following methods:

A. Online Entry

Visit the official sweepstakes webpage at www.hvcu.org/HVWFF and complete the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. Branch Entry

Visit any Hudson Valley Credit Union branch location during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form.

C. Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival Entry

Visit either of Hudson Valley Credit Union's two booths at the Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival and complete the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants must select the specific prize drawing they wish to enter on the official entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per prize drawing. Entrants may enter more than one prize drawing but may submit only one (1) entry for each individual prize drawing. An entrant may be selected as a winner for only one (1) prize. If an entrant is selected in more than one prize drawing, the entrant will be awarded the prize associated with the first drawing conducted, and an alternate winner will be selected for any subsequent prize drawing(s). Incomplete, late, duplicate, misdirected, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Entries received through all methods are treated equally.

Prize Descriptions

Prize #1: Wildflower Auberge Getaway Package

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two-night Bower Cabin accommodations
  • Two 60-minute spa treatments
  • Dinner for two at Clay, up to $300
  • Applicable taxes
  • Resort fee


Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,606.76.

Validity

The prize package is valid for stays occurring between January 1, 2027 and April 30, 2027, subject to availability.

Blackout Dates

The package is not valid for arrivals or stays during the following dates:

  • January 15-16, 2027
  • February 12-13, 2027
  • April 23-24, 2027


Additional dates may become unavailable in the event of a full-property buyout or other operational necessity.

Prize #2: Culinary Institute of America Experience

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Culinary Institute of America Gift Card valued at $500.00.


Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00.

Gift Card Use

The gift card may be used to:

  • Dine at any CIA restaurant or bakery café at the New York, California, or Texas campuses.
  • Register for CIA Boot Camps and cooking, baking, or wine classes.
  • Shop at participating CIA marketplace locations.
  • Book select CIA tours and experiences.


Restrictions

  • Gift cards are not valid at the Craig Claiborne (Barnes & Noble) Bookstore at the New York campus.
  • Registered gift cards may be replaced if lost or stolen in accordance with CIA policies.

Prize #3: Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark Family Getaway

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark Gift Card valued at $600.00.


Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $600.00.

Gift Card Use

The gift card may be used toward:

  • Overnight accommodations
  • Indoor attractions and arcade activities
  • Outdoor adventures
  • Participating on-site dining venues, including Bixby's, Harvey's Wallbanger, Eat. Eat. Eat., Surfside Grille, The Highline, Pop's Sweet Shoppe, and Bar Mez.


The gift card amount is intended to cover an overnight stay for a family of four in a Junior Suite Double Queen room and four waterpark passes. Actual costs vary based on room selection, season, and dates of stay. Winners are responsible for any costs exceeding the gift card amount.

Restrictions

  • No blackout dates apply.
  • To book a stay using the gift card, winners must contact The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark directly at 845-513-8855.
  • The gift card cannot be used to purchase waterpark day passes without accommodations, Monster Golf, or event tickets.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected for each prize drawing by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that specific prize during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners do not need to be present to win.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable prize drawing.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Credit Union's sole discretion.

Winner Notification and Requirements

The Credit Union will notify each selected winner via telephone and/or email.

Winners must respond and claim their prize within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond or claim the prize within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prior to prize award, winners may be asked to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release (optional). Consent to publicity is not required to receive a prize.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may be subject to IRS Form 1099 reporting.

Privacy and Communications

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Credit Union's Privacy Policy.

Entry forms may provide an option to consent to receive marketing communications from the Credit Union. Consent is optional and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

General Conditions

The Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. In such event, the Credit Union may award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to such action.

The Credit Union is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries;
  • Technical, hardware, software, network, or communication malfunctions;
  • Unauthorized human intervention;
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.


Disputes

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
