Born in Liberty, NY and raised in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Ross has proudly called the region home for over 61 years. His deep connection to the community informs both his personal values and professional approach—grounded in integrity, dedication, and a genuine commitment to service.

With more than 30 years of experience in the lending industry and two decades in title insurance, Ross offers a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the real estate and mortgage sectors. His dual-industry background enables him to provide clients and partners with well-rounded insights and strategic guidance. Over the course of his career, he has held key leadership roles in business development, training, and recruitment, helping to build high-performing teams and drive organizational growth. His achievements have been recognized through honors such as the President’s Club and Leaders Club, reflecting his consistent excellence and professionalism.

Outside of his professional work, Ross is deeply engaged in community service. He dedicated 15 years to the Boy Scouts of America Troops 02 & 37 in Pine Bush, NY. He also served six years on the Board of Education, advocating for quality education and student success. His industry affiliations include active membership in the Dutchess County Association of Realtors and the Mid-Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also proud to have served as President Elect of the Association of Professional Mortgage Women (APMW), an organization committed to advancing the role of women in the mortgage and housing industries.
