Marjorie McCoy

Marjorie McCoy has almost 40 years of experience in the financial industry. Most of her career was as a Retail Branch Manager of a few major retail banks, where she worked with and developed deep relationships between loan officers and customers to help them obtain their homeownership dreams. She has enthusiastically brought her knowledge and commitment to service excellence, to her role as Mortgage Loan Officer at HVCU.

Marjorie has lived in Rockland County her entire life, she studied Business Administration while attending Westchester Community College, and currently resides in Suffern, NY. She is eager to help you with your purchase, whether you are a first-time home buyer, up-sizing, down-sizing, second home or looking for an investment property.

Marjorie is an active member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. Marjorie is also a proud member of the Rockland Business Women’s Network. She is actively involved with her church located in Nyack and participates in various charitable events in Rockland and Westchester Counties, and is a member of the Rockland Negro Scholarship Fund.
